Essential to the design process, is the creation of full size mock-ups, scale models, test rigs and functional prototypes by TDI. We have an in-house facilities for model construction, supported by benchmarked rapid prototype (SLA, CNC, FDM) and fabrication sites.

For rail road and marine transport, we build various mock-up types ranging from simple transportable driver cab envelopes, carriage and special purpose area mock-ups, through to fully finished carriage mock-ups for design reviews and user group studies.

The prototype service extends to short run electronics and PCBA fabrication and component part constructions.
